Enamel Primer Anchor

Carboline Multi-Gard GP5 contains new technology anti-corrosive inhibiting pigments (no lead or chromate pigments). This product provides good corrosive protection on steel surfaces and contains anti-corrosive zinc phosphate pigment.

Carboline Multi-Gard GP5 is fast drying, rust inhibiting primer for steel surfaces in non-immersion areas.

Suitable for shop application
High build primer for alkyd finish coats such as Multi-Gard GP 14AU & Multi-Gard Hammerfinish

Multi-Gard GP5 is recommended for use on:

Machinery
Electrical switchboards
Heavy duty earthmoving equipment
Light industrial equipment, conveyors, compressors, pipework etc
Internal structural steel
Fork hoists and various transport related items

Carboline Multi-Gard ETCH is a rapid dry, single pack etch primer used in many light industrial coating systems.This product has excellent adhesion to most common metals and is versatile, convenient and stable.

Carboline Multi-Gard ETCH is an etch primer that may be directly over-coated with light industrial finish coats Multi-Gard GP 14 or Multi-Gard GP 48; or with intermediate coatings, such as Multi-Gard GP 33

Multi-Gard Etch is recommended:

As a high performance key coating
As a prefabrication holding primer
As a conventional etch over surfaces including:
Galvanised steel
Zinc sheet
Aluminium sheet and Extrusions
Mild steel
Zinc & aluminium Spray

ZP Primer is a 1K zinc phosphate enamel primer designed for industrial use only. It is characterised by its excellent adhesion to mild steel and is suitable as a primer for Concept Paints Enamel product range of topcoats.

Easy to sand with reduced sandpaper clogging.
Excellent on mild steel surfaces.

Universal Primer (HB) is a 1K high build “PVB” (etch) primer designed for use on bare metal as well as previously painted surfaces in a sound condition. This product can be sprayed wet on wet.

Features:

Excellent filling and fast drying.
Excellent adhesion to ferrous and non-ferrous substrates.
Easy to sand with reduced sandpaper clogging.

TOPCOAT

Carboline Multi-Gard GP14 is an air drying, quality, gloss equipment enamel designed for use over suitably prepared and primed substrates. Multi-Gard GP14 is based on a modified synthetic alkyd resin to provide good durability and weather resistance in mild industrial and commercial environments.

Carboline Multi-Gard GP14 is a fast drying enamel that can be applied over a variety of suitably primed and prepared surfaces. Products suitable as primers for Multi-Gard GP 14 include; Multi-Gard GP 5 and Multi-Gard Etch

Multi-Gard GP 14 may also be used in maintenance repaint situations, where surfaces have been suitably prepared and primed.

Multi-Gard GP14 is recommended for use on:

Machinery
Electrical switchboards
Heavy duty earth moving equipment
Light industrial equipment, conveyors, compressors etc
Fork hoists and various transport related items
Commercial transport – chassis, canopies etc
Interior structural steel
Handrails (High opacity Safety Yellow)

Disolac 700 is designed for a premium finish. Disolac 700 is capable of High Gloss finishes while also maintaining the variety of both satin and matte finishes. Disolac 700 is made from SINT 700-S alkyd resin binders for a fast drying time.
